new user, no idea...so confused. PLEASE HELP!!!

can someone please help me with this? i've been having so much problems with this thing called search2web. they seem to have toolbars that download themselves and everyday, i have to uninstall them. could someone please help me and tell me what to do??

If you still need help...

Please move or unzip HijackThis to a permanent folder such as C:\HJT It is important that it is in it's own folder as it will make important backups of what we will fix.

Please go to Start > My Computer > double-click your C:\ drive > click: File > New > Folder > name it HJT and put HijackThis into that folder.

Please post a fresh HijackThis log.
