Unhappy please help - antivirus software can't fix 2 files
I'm not quite sure what to do. I have installed Virobot Expert antivirus software on my computer. There are 6 files that cannot be fixed. Same files keep popping up. I know very little about computers. Please tell me how I can fix this problem. The files are polall1r.exe and polmx3.exe. I always get these popups when I launch internet explorer.

HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi harmonic,

Please create a new thread and post a HijackThis log. Please include the description you gave above regarding polall1r.exe and polmx3.exe

Download HijackThis. Make sure you install HijackThis to a permanent folder such as C:\HJT as it creates backups of what we will fix. Run the program, press Scan, after a brief pause... press Save log. Notepad will open, copy and paste the entire log into your post. Do not fix anything yet, most of what's in the log is needed!
