please help w/ VIRUS
PLEASE HELP!

I just downloaded some screen savers and wall paper on the internet yesterday. And now there is bunch of ads pop up on my computer. My computer is acting up on me too. It's very slow, and there are some websites that I can usuaslly go to now I can't. When I did virus scan. It found about 10 items of the type Adware- KeenValues, Adware-Netpals. I don't think they are virus.....but...I'm concerned. Are they the cause of the fact that my computer is acting up?

Can you please help? What do I have to do now?
