Please help with rundll and real-time error 429
hi everyone!
Everytime I turn on my computer and pop up 2 windows
1. RUNDLL(error loadingC:\windows\bxxs5.dll)
2. Run-time error429 ActiveX component can't creat object
i'm currently using windows XP
I try to use PC bug doctor to fix but won't help anyone know please show me how to fix it thnks for all your help

Hi jonh_dung,

Download HijackThis. Make sure you install HijackThis to a permanent folder such as C:\HJT as it creates backups of what we will fix. Run the program, press Scan, after a brief pause... press Save log. Notepad will open, copy and paste the entire log into your post. Do not fix anything yet, most of what's in the log is needed!
