Popups wont go away- "only the best"- mssearch.exe- dont know what to delete from log

Ok, I read everything on this site about the res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049 problem. I did everything that other people perscribed and I believe the problem is gone... it hasn't come back for 10 minutes now. At the same time as this started happening, however, I began to get popups titled "only the best". I googled it and only found the followign advice: uninstall a file called mssearch from your computer. I did this before and it kept coming back. Now, sicne I got rid of the index.html37049 problem, the mssearch file no longer comes back. Nevertheless, the popups continue to. Can someone please look at my log file (im using hijackthis) and tell me what to erase? I don't want to get rid of something important, but really want to get rid of this problem as I've been working on it all day.
