Exclamation Problem with Adware and Spyware

Ok. I updated norton and had to restart. As soon as I did it was apparent that I had been hit fairly hard by adware, which doesn't happen very often anymore since I stopped using IE. Ran Ad-Aware, Spybot, norton, and some other spybot type program, and none of them can get rid of all of it entirely. Problem is, the programs for the adware are always running, so they can't be deleted apparently. I end the process, but they just start up again within a freaking nanosecond. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here's the names of the crap that's doing this:
TBPS.exe(they're all .exe), PIB, WSup, WToolS, WToolA, TBPSSvc, and QyiTF which is on there twice. I've also seen OyiJe19 and a few others but they're not running and I can't find them on the comp anywhere, not that I could when they were running though.
