Ran Hijackthis what do I get Rid of. Plz Help.

I recently Encountered a Problem with my Computer. I get pop ups every time I open a Window or go to a new site. My internet is Slowed. It takes forever for my comp to Open Programs. What Do I do. I ran Hijack This and Here is the Log.

Hi I got Rid of the Trusted Zone Things. I tried doing a Google Search and Came up empty on everything Else. Im so lost. And I am having trouble with my Internet. Driving me Crazy Just like everyone else.
