Remove spyware and trojan horse
Norton antivirus detected some spywares on my laptop but is not able to remove them. It shows following unresolved entries:
Trojan Horse
Backdoor.Formador
Downloader
How should I remove these? I've used Norton AV, Lavasoft Adware, and Spybot search and detroy, but none of them could remove it, Please, can someone suggest what to do?
I am runnig Win XP Pro. I normally log in as a user and not as Admin, so I'm wondering how it got installed. Is it possible to remove these without reformatting?
