Is my Rootkit log indicative of an ok pc or am i rooted?

RootKit Reveal Log:

Cross post means posting the same issue over various posts. This rootkit log was contained in the same thread as your HJT log, but I'll leave this as it is for now.

As for your HJT log, please post a fresh one for us to look at, but not in this thread.
