Angry RUNDLL error

Hi,
for the past couple days i've been trying to slove the problem that i have with my laptop.
everytime i start up my windows xp, there are 2 rundll error always occur as following:

Error loading c:\windows\system32\stlbdist.dll
the specified module could not be found.

and

Error loading c:\windows\system32\inetp60.dll
the specified module could not be found.

my last problem is everytime i run my internet explorer 6, after a couple of minutes, it will give me and error windows and have to shut it down.

Please, any help will do.

thanks for the reply.
are you suggesting me to re-install windows xp ?
i really don't know what to do with this problem.
but i do remember when this problem starts.
i was scanning my computer with spyware software and i did get a trojan at my computer. i quarantee it and delete it.
and then the problem started.
what do you think?
