Well, Ive seen other people use the uninstaller from the LOP company but u have to ask yourself: is it worth trusting the people who've already downloaded the software onto your machine not to do the same with the uninstaller? Personally my answer would be "no" so I use the manual way
Ok, first make sure all files and folders are visible (the toolbar which Im presuming is SearchWeb2 is in Application Data which is hidden). To do this, go into: My Computer Tools Folder Options View and put "Show hidden files and folders" on. While your there, uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and "Hide protected operating system files" Next, reboot in Safe Mode, this is good because you can remove things without fear of them being reinstalled straight away. To go into Safe Mode, press F8 continuously as it is starting. Next look for and delete the following files: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\supporttitlemailbin\Eq Kind.exe C:\PROGRA~1\build list joy\16hideelse.exe C:\DOCUME~1\STORMC~1\APPLIC~1\BUILDL~1\16hideelse.exe Im not sure what the last 2 are but they dont look friendly Next, reboot in normal mode and the toolbar and desktop icons should have gone ![]() Tell me how it goes |

Your welcome
But the file is still showing on your log, do another scan and check the files that you removed. Then click on "Fix Checked". Do another scan and send the log so we can see if its gone for good JuanCarlos |
