Angry spyware, adware, problem - hijack this log included

When using IE, I can see that another program is being opened and then minimized to where it can't be seen. This thing also generates popups that start labeled as Offer Optimizer then turn to ads. I tried to download Norton Antivirus, but it would not install or start up correctly, and ad-aware always seems to find things to delete, but has not been able to solve the problem. Although my homepage is not hijacked (although it was before), system performance is extremely slow. I've had to download Mozilla just to be able to use the net.

See my Hijack this log below, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Arthur
