Still Struggling With Search2Web Hijack

Hello to all.

I am still struggling with a Search2Web infection. My computer gets a lot of pop-ups, unwanted icons, and the computer is running slower. I first posted on July 11th, and the last response I got was on July 20th. Tom Myboy, I am hoping you may be able to help me. I will post the log, and appreciate any help you are willing to offer!
