Strange program files

Hi,
I have NT 4 operating system on my computer and IE 6 version.Since last 3 weeks , when I am online, I get the strange program files messages like uuu.exe, rrr.exe, zzz.exe, mmm.exe, nnn.exe etc.

I tried to locate these files through find menu, & found them in system 32 folder.

After this the copy and paste function does not work. Also the links do not open.

If I remove this files, the copy paste works .But again next time when I go online, it comes back with different file name each time.

Can somebody tell me how to stop this?

We have AVG virus protection installed and Adaware SE to control virus and tracking cookies. But that is not helping.

This isn't really a networking issue - perhaps it's spyware related. I've moved the thread to Antivirus Protection.
