SVCHOST.EXE Application Error!

i've Win-Xp sp1 installed, when i start WinXp i get a error from SVCHOST.EXE, and my system usage 100% when i connect to internet.

this is the error, when xp starts!

i scan my system with McAfee Enterprise 8.0i, did'nt found any malware,spyware, or virus in my system so i un-install McAfee Enterprise 8.0i and then i install McAfee internet security 8.0 but again did'nt found any thing. i also try Spy Sweer but nothing happend, i'v run Hijackthis and save the logs.
