svchost.exe makes my CPU 100% PLEISE HELP MEEEEE !!!!!

I´m having a problem whith my notebook that is running widows XP home edition, when the computer is entering in the desktop and is opening the trayicons... is very VERY slow and the CPU usage is 100%, then i press CTRL+ALT+DEL and end the process " SVChost.exe "( SYSTEM ) the CPU usage goes down, to 0%-10%... I already run spybot, ad-aware, that mcafee scan program...., CWShredder, norton 2004.... i try system restore... and nothing.... My first suggestion is decide which antivirus program you are going to use, and uninstall the other one. It may be that the only problem you have is both apps trying to check the same files as you open them. However, I don't think that's the issue. Instead, what you describe sounds like the Welchia virus to me. Update your antivirus files & do a scan.
