anyone else know anything about this?
my system is clean for spyware and virii. fresh install. my cpu spikes and chills at 100% usage everytime i try to run a game or install one. even when i open up the task manager alot of the times it spikes to 100 then returns to normal. i just got a new video card, a new hard drive, and a new cdburner. any ideas?
