Hi elinachris,

You seem to have two antivirus programs running. It's concidered best practice to remove the last one you installed to avoid conflict.

There is really no malware running on your computer, except maybe the file in question (below).

Run HijackThis, place a checkmark next to the following items. Close ALL other windows and browsers except HijackThis. Click "fix checked".

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE

Reboot to complete the removal processes.

Could you check the properties of this file, hopefully to track down a company name.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [STDSB] C:\WINDOWS\System32\STDSB.exe

Tom
