Task Manager in Windows ME?

In Windows ME, there is no Task Manager... so what's the best solution to detect and cancel running process (in Win ME)?

Alt - Crtl - Del brings up the taskmanager in ME!

Oh, I apologize. (It's been so long.) I was under the impression that Task Manager did not come from trying to help a friend out who runs Windows ME. You've solve my problem! Thanks!
