    Threat/virus that keeps appearing!

    Hello

I use AVG free edition 9.0. Ever since I installed AVG 9.0 it keeps finding a virus, which keeps comming back when i remove it with AVG!

    Infected file:
    C:\Documents and sittings\All Users\Documents\Games.exe

    Virus:
    Virus identifyed: Win32/Fujacks.P

Can anyone please help me with this issue? And does anyone know what the virus do and why is keeps comming back?

Have you verified that AVG removes it immediately after it says it did?

Is there a pattern to when it appears again? (After a reboot for example?)

Also check the windows task scheduler. I just worked on a machine where a virus had put some 1000+ scheduled tasks in the task scheduler to fire itself off.

After the removal of the virus i checked and the file was removed. But somehow it keeps comming back

To me it seems quite random, but I will try to notice next time. I remember the warnings comming up while playing Killing floor over steam, while being on online RPG games like travian and theninja-rpg, hearing music from di.fm and while using word 2007.

I'm not sure about the optoin you have with AVG 9.0 but if possible, also try and isolate the folder with the virus. That should prevent it from coming back.

I think you should try Avira personal edition. It will certainly help you. It is far better than AVG so you should try this out and as my hope will get rid out of the trouble.

    Best Antivirus

If any virus threat is continously appearing on screen then install some good antivirus program on PC. McAfee is good software for computer. It has its firewall program which provide Internet scurity to PC.

yes i had the same problem also but now that i read ur posts i dont need to question, anyway i stopped using it & moved onto something else, i dont think any of them work to be honest, that's why the computers only benefit threats & nothing else so i dont care for computers never have but just use it for online shopping & genuine things. there are a lot of displeasing provoking horror out there. i once thought this add was tagging my ip, but when i reported it to my isp they told me to get software for it to remove it.
