Trojan and Virus problem..HijackThis attached HELP

Hi,
I never had virus problem until now and it seems that I got it by a virus and trojan wave =(
It first started with the ''about/blank Internet Explorer homepage bug'' that I think my numerous spyware and anti-virsus attempt deleted but now it seems that I have alot of other problems like that javapk.exe virus that my Kaspersky can't delete and others that I don't remenber the name.
Can anyone help me and can tell me if the about/blank problem in COMPLETELY deleted?

I already scanned my computer with
-Kaspersky
-Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta
-XoftSpy
-Adadware SE Personnal
and I still have problems...
