internet explorer jam

having trouble with ie frezzing up keep getting pop ups can any one help here are my hijack and bit defender logs also i keep deleteing ranreco exe. but it keeps coming back

trojan.dropper.agent.ch

i keep getting this file randreco.exe in my temp folder that is infected with trojan.dropper.agent.ch i deleted it with bitdefender but after a day it reappears can someone tell me how to get rid of this

you may have some stuff in your registry geneating over again that file

sometimes virus removal fails if you avoid just one or more steps

if you dont know how to edit your registry ask someone, never modify stuff you are not sure about

at first sight vmss.exe is bad

considered as spyware
