Unable to access secondary signon screen

Hello:

I am writing about my daughters PC. It is a SONY VAIO.
She is unable to sign on to her college or email screens. Or any other screen that requires a password. She gets the signon screen and fills in the signon information. Once she hits enter, she gets a not found screen. This problem just started.

I am attaching a Hjackthis log for you to view.
