Hi,
I have encountered this problem whereby I am unable to download movie files from certain free websites.Previously I am able to download but now whenever I tried to download,I am redirected to a web page stating:"You are not authorize to view this page....".But the strange thing is that when I reformat my computer,I am able to download its files again. Please can you tell me what is going on&what setting should be adjusted to my PC if the same problem arises again coz I can't be reformatting my disk all the time.My operating system is windows XP.Thank you! Regards, Eric Han |

what kind of files? avi? flash? etc...
this error normally means you don't have access, and the only thing I can think of that a format would do, would be to either clear your ip (say if its cable semi-dynamic) or your secuirty settings perhaps are to high
