Access Web Server through Router
I have a web server installed on a computer behind a router.
I have 1 IP on the router, so when I access it I can see the router settings. But I want it to redirect to one of the machine behind the router when I access that IP. I tried to set the router redirection settings from TCP port 80 to 192.168.0.3, but even accessing the global IP, it still does not go behind the router. Is there anything else I must be setting to see a web server behind a router? |

1. this is not an apache question but basic networking.
2. read the manual of your router, it will tell you how to do it. if it does not, you need to learn how tcp/ip and routing work and how to configure your router (which brand anyway???). 3. does your router support NAT? if not, no way. even if it supports NAT, maybe it does not support this style of NAT.
