I'm trying to get a PHP script to execute in a web directory on one of our servers, but it time it tries a post operation, it comes back and says it's not allowed. I've modified all of the file permissions and allowed things to be executed. Anything stupid I'm overlooked?

Start here -> http://forums.devshed.com/showthread.php?threadid=10280 and check for the Limit stuffs.
Specifically, you should set it in your httpd.conf inside a <Directory> block.
