apache limit directive & security
What security issues arise when the <LIMIT> directive is not used in the apache config?
GET & POST should be enabled, for php scripts, forms etc. I've read a bit about the http methods, but most of those are unknown to me. What threats can they pose, security wise?

You know post and get, then there is head which returnes the header of get (usually ~10 lines i think). Those are the three most common ones, but there're plenty more, you can find all of them on w3
