Hi,

is there any Apache mail sending tool which i can use to send emails from..?

No. If you want to send mails, you need a Mail server. Some common ones that people use with Apache would be Sendmail, Postfix, or Qmail. This is for *nix installation. For Windows, there are other that are common.

Apache is only a Web server.
