general - Apache mods

Hey Folks

I am on the hunt for an apache module which will work with CentOS 5.3 32-bit.

I have had a look at mod_vhs, but this seems to be really bulky and causing a lot of complications when trying to install the module.

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for any other modules which might be available.

I am looking to configure apache on the fly by using MySQL to store the vhosts.

I appreciate any help which you guys can give me
