Because all WWW user and group is setting for 'nobody' or 'apache',
so we can not lock any file in whole directory. Users can use PHP and CGI to read all file from any directory. Now we have a file /var/www/html/test.php , and test.php include a file /root/para.inc Can we use 'Limit' or 'Files' function in httpd.conf, to set the read authority of para.inc , and only test.php can read the para.onc ? |

You can't. If you do, test.php won't be able to read your para.inc as well. If it can, all other scripts can.
