Dear Apache Group:
This message is regarding changing file permissions on a NT server. I could not think of another area to post this question. The question: How do you change the file permissions for a directory and it's sub-directory on a NT server? I have heard of CACLS commands. But, I am have difficulty locating a program that will allow you to connect to the remote server and enter CACLS commands to change file permissions for a NT server hosted site. Verlin Taylor |

Afaik you have to do it via telnet.
Here some ressources: http://www.ss64.demon.co.uk/nt/cacls.html http://www.web-hosting.com/support/nt/permissions.html (provider specific)
