Displaying PDF in a browser
Our site is running Apache and for some reason whey I include a link directly to a PDF file, the PDF file will not open in IE, but will in NS.
Is there a IE setting that needs to be adjusted, or does it have something to do with my Apache configuration. (MIME types??) I think it has to be my apache config. because I can open PDFs in IE on other sites. What apache setting am I missing? Thanks! Jon |

What version of IE and acrobat reader?
>> What apache setting am I missing? Probably your client misconfiguration or bugs. On the server side, all Apache will do is to send the Content-type of pdf and its job is done and over. Further, there were some known bugs in IE and acrobat reader. |
