Error (OS 10038) Socket operation on non-socket ( was: Error )

My Apache session is giving me this error:

    [Wed Oct 19 17:14:45 2005] [crit] (OS 10038)Socket operation on non-socket: make
    _sock: for address 0.0.0.0:80, apr_socket_opt_set: (SO_KEEPALIVE)
no listening sockets available, shutting down
    Unable to open logs
Does anyone know what this error is?

Have you got skype or something else running over port 80?
Have you got apache running as a service on that port?

    Cheers,
    Jamie

I really have no clue. If something else is on port 80 how do I find it?

I can change to port 8080 if needed.

Run netstat -a from the command prompt - that will list all your listening ports.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

It doesn't look like there's anything on 80 or 443. Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking port 80, and have a look at this thread re: win32disableacceptEx
