Everything redirects to the home page when ip address isn't used

I am using Apache version 1.3.9 on Red Hat 6.1 Linux.
Whenever I try to go to any page other than my home page on http://www.malloy.cc I always get redirected back to the home page. Using the IP address allows it to go to other pages.

Examples http://www.malloy.cc goes to the home page as expected http://63.194.215.224 goes to the home page as expected http://63.194.215.224/~mike/php/db11.php3 goes to my database form as expected http://www.malloy.cc/~mike/php/db11.php3 goes to the home page! In fact, http://www.malloy.cc/<anything> goes to the home page.

I have not been able to solve this problem and it is quite a source of frustration for me. Help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
