exec cgi

i have some questions:
how can i use a exec cgi= without getting error?
how can i run *.pl in all directories?
how ca i use c URLerl/bin/perl -w command without getting a mistake?
i'm running apache under win 98 in my computer and this mistakes don't happened when i use the scripts on the net in my host web.

Don't use that. Use "include virtual" instead.

Set ExecCGI to your DocumentRoot

Just don't use it if you don't know what you are doing.
