Does anyone know how to limit connections per ip connect to my apache server?

take a look on mod_conn. if it suits your needs then you have to compile it in your server.

Or try http://www.snert.com/Software/mod_throttle/

mod_throttle is now a default ports in FreeBSD so I assume it's more popular than the other one.
