I am wondering, i've checked my httpd.conf, the Documentroot line says that the root folder is htdocs, but when I place my files in that folder, the browser could not find the web files. only when I place them in the nsdocs folder the browser could find them perfectly. why does this happen? Can anybody explain?

1) Show us the output of grep -i nsdocs < /path/to/httpd.conf
2) Do the same but grep'ing htdocs >> the Documentroot line says that the root folder is htdocs 3) I don't care what you think it says it is, show us the exact line of DocumentRoot, including the one inside a <VirtualHost> block. >> only when I place them in the nsdocs folder 4) Full system path to nsdocs directory 5) Have you restarted Apache after making any changes? |
