mod_mime + mod_mime_magic for win32?

hello.

iam searching for these modules to integrate them into my winnt-apache system. on my linux system these files are present, but on my win32 not. i think i need them to up- an download for example ms-word documents. on my linux system i can upload doc files. when i upload docfiles on my winnt system these files are after the upload korrupt.
may anybody help me?

ps: please do not poste, that i can find mods at modules.apache.org. there are many helptexts, but no download function for the modules.
