Hey...
I know that I can use CGI solutions on the new Mac OS X Server with Apache server in.

But can I use MySQL or some other SQL database on Mac OS X?

Try here for a MySQL and PHP: http://www-u.life.uiuc.edu/~mwvaugh/MacOSX/Packages/

I haven't tried it yet, but after lots of searching, it seems the most promising.
