NEED A JOIN SCRIPT

i have a site http://mydownline.cjb.net and im trying to get a join script so people can join up and i can get there name and info thru the email to me.also i need a password script..i tryed to get the script on mysite to work that i have already but its not working..a error somehow..i need simple stuff because im new at this and i barely know how to get script up and working...any websites that teach you script or has good script such as i asked, please leave that info and i will read it. thanks.

If you are new, yes, try some simple stuff is the way to begin.
