new install of apache2 on windows

I have installed the latest PHP and apache2 with MYSQL on a XP OS . But what seems to be the problem is what can I add to the httpd.conf file. I tried the old setup but (chock). I can't seem to find any help on it..:

The site isnt up right now..... but two days ago it was. try this page every so often http://137.194.8.83/ATSEC/PHP4Apache2Windows.html

It works! Worked for me anyway.
