odd occurrance from VirtualDomain???

The other day i was called by the owner of 1 of the sites i host. He stated that my main site from the ServerName directive was showing up instead of his site which is set up as a VirtualDomain. I checked everything and could find no reason for that to happen, i told him to hit shift/reload and then his site did come up for him?? Is there something i can do or change to prevent this from happening again??? I'm sort of confused as to why this would happen... any ideas anyone???
Thanks!
Terry

Yes, you checked it but we haven't. If you think it was a problem on your end, why don't you show us some parts of your httpd.conf?

Make sure UseCanonicalName is Off.
