Hello,
I have 2 servers runnnig apache 1.3.12, compiled with mod_usertrack ..etc
I use the newest version of Webtrends to analyse my logs.
My httpd.conf is quite well wrote with combinded log file and %cookie in it.

I want to identify all my uniques visitors with cookies an uniques ID but the field %cookie is still empty !!!

Could you help me please ?
