I have been installing apache with php for the past 1 year.. and have not faced any problems. However my httpd died the instance it was started after I installed php4.0.3p1 yesterday..what could be the problem? It's pretty weird, never experienced this b4.
Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!!

Check your Apache error log. What does it say about the httpd crash?

There is totally nothing captured on the error log
