I got the idea when I went to bed, remembered my new host gave me an ip/~accountname/ that is redirected to myserver something. So just used that adress and changed newserver.host to nameserver and I managed to enter.
From client area there is no way to enter cpanel.
So my old direction is https://nameofserver.nameserver.com:2083

If you just need access from your single workstation you can make a hosts file entry pointing the domain name to the old IP. The hosts file will take precedence over your DNS server with the new IP.

Sorry, dont understand what you mean,
I am on a shared server,
I already managed to enter cpanel with this:
    https://servername.hostname.com:2083/frontend/x3/
now I want to enter to view my website to test the forms,
any ideas on how to enter adding my username in old host to enter my index page?

    Thanks
