VERYURGENT I want to deny 209.202.148.x to use my apache

209.202.148.23.
209 --> .26
---> .20
---> .29


These are suspected -hackers. I wish to deny them to my portal from apache.


WOuld u please show me, any one can check them out who they really are?

Very simple, just put the following to http://www.domain.com/.htaccess:

Deny from 209.202.148.23 another.ip.addr.here

All IP addresses are space-delimited on the same line.

If you need to block entire 209.202.148.xxx, just put 209.202.148. or 209.202.148.0/24

not just htpasswd, but also the browser

of my portal when he access via port 80.

How do we set this up in apache?
