After reading the last post and seeing these new ones, it appears to me that you are abusing the forum. You should read all the documentation, try to do what you want, and then post any problems you have here. I'm sure people like freebsd have much better things to do then to do the work for you. You should try it yourself first and learn from it, then I'm sure they'll be happy to help you if they see you've put some effort into it.

what?!

excuse me, but i think this forum is for help. anyway, if i could find out what my problems are, maybe, i wouldn't post. [sarcastic]why, isn't that such a stupid excuse for me posting on the forum [sarcastic] And anyways, freebsd doesn't have to help if he doesn't want to. neither does anybody else. but, if they want to help out, they can. so, mind your business.

>> how do i give seperate databases to each person?

You can give shell access to users or you may create a database manually/automatically and give privilege to users.

Your question seems to be asking how to integrate Mysql to html/php/whatever, so users can add/delete/modify their own mysql tables without messing one anothers.

If you know enough Mysql, you wouldn't be asking this quesiton in the first place. That said, if you don't have a clue, start learning Mysql -> http://www.mysql.com/documentation/index.html

BTW, I like to help only if I see a sign that one has spent time on trying (not just asking questions blindly without trying). Sorry, I have to agree with SpuTTer about put some effort into it. I don't appreciate ask first, try next approach.

Whoa!

All right, this thread is getting out of hand.

Everybody, abusing other people is not what this board is for, this board is for providing help, and freebsd seems to like to do that (in his own way).

As for yoey2000, his questions are legitimate, and the time that he's spent trying to figure out this stuff shouldn't come into question.

lill_lisa, I wish I could just karma-slap you, but this board doesn't have that functionality, so I'll let you off with a public warning: If I see many more abusive posts from you, there will be disciplinary actions taken. Also, try not to report threads to the moderator that shouldn't be reported. Your post has been deleted by ME.

Thank you.

jesus, what a world is this becomming.
So stupid lazy people will get all the help?
I'll think about this next time I have a question and don't want to put some effort into researching myself.

Yes, I would think that the stupid lazy people would need the help. Isn't that correct?

BTW, talk of stupid people shouldn't come from those who can't spell "becoming".

Yoey, check out the MySQL documentation as suggested. There's an article on the subject right here on Devshed, too.
