weird error in error_log

I tried writing my own webbased file upload script in perl (using CGI_LIB.pm). It didn't work and I got a weird error message in the server logs. I gave up and finally just installed a pre-written one. The script is quarky and doesnt upload some files. I still get the weird message in the error_log.
here it is:

[warn] (2)No such file or directory: mod_mime: analyze_ct: cannot get media type from 'perl'

[warn] (29)Illegal seek: mod_mime: analyze_ct: cannot get media type from 'perl'

can anyone tell me what this is and what I need to do to fix it? I am a newbie at this.. so talk slow..
