tar -zxvf apache_x.x.xx.tar.gz
then cd to apache_x.x.xx
modules would be in a subdir of /src/modules directory depend on which particular module.

Hello,
I mean,
I need a module to add banner on header & footer of each html page.
Where i can find these module ?
Or what module i need to modify ?

Not for apache module that I know of. There is a perl module called Sandwich which might help. It can be found at http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/authors/id/VKHERA/ Read the readme file at http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/authors/id/VKHERA/Apache-Sandwich-2.04.readme
