This is the message i recieve when i try to execute a script to update my database...
Also, When i try to access the search engine i get an internal error.... ?!
I need to be able to copy the database off one server on to another with the website... i dont know if apache is even reading these scipts?

Your Mysql.pm probably not in a standard location. The quick workaround is to add a "use lib" line and specify its location.
Here is an example of using Sort::Fields;
use lib '/usr/lib/path/my_path';
In this example, Fields.pm is in /usr/lib/path/my_path/Sort directory.
